Mrs. Ruggles' Chocolate Chip Cookies (Makes around 100 small cookies)
2 C "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" margarine
2 C sugar
1/4 C maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
4 large eggs
5 C flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 large (24 oz) bag of Nestle Semi Sweet Morsels
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix margarine, syrup, vanilla and eggs. Mix dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients.
Add chocolate chips
Spoon by teaspoons on to cookie sheet (we prefer stoneware)
Cook 10-12 minutes.
